Nordic Climate Group expands its UK footprint by acquiring Technical Retail Services Ltd (TRS), a Glasgow-based provider of refrigeration, electrical and mechanical services with operations across Scotland and England. The acquisition strengthens the Group’s presence in the UK and adds a service-led business with long-standing partnerships with several of the UK’s major retailers.

Founded in 1998, TRS has built a strong position in the retail sector through reliable delivery, technical expertise and consistent service performance. The company supports blue-chip customers across the UK and has demonstrated steady growth and stable profitability in recent years. With 70 employees, TRS adds both scale and geographic reach to Nordic Climate Group’s UK organisation and will continue operating under its own name and from its current sites.
