Nordic Climate Group expands in Northwest England through the acquisition of Allcool NW Ltd

Nordic Climate Group expands its UK organisation with the acquisition of Allcool (NW) Limited (Allcool), a well-established refrigeration, air-conditioning and service company based in Poulton-le-Fylde near Blackpool. With roots dating back to 1977, Allcool is known for its strong local presence and long-term relationships across public and commercial sectors.

Founded as a family-run business in 1977, Allcool has developed into a highly respected regional provider known for dependable work, deep technical know-how and long-term relationships across schools, hospitals, local councils and commercial buildings. Over the years, the company has shown stable growth and consistent profitability, supported by a loyal customer base and a strong reputation in the region. With 40 employees and nearly fifty years in the industry, Allcool brings valuable local insight to Nordic Climate Group’s growing UK organisation. The company will continue operating under its own name and from its current site.

Managing Director Paul Talarczyk, whose father was one of the two original founders of the company and who today owns it together with his family, will continue to lead the business together with his wife Jodie and team, ensuring continuity for customers and employees as Allcool enters its next phase of development as part of Nordic Climate Group.
