Nordic Climate Group continues its growth journey through strategic acquisitions. Today, the company announces the acquisition of Eliko, a fast-growing company specializing in cooling, heating, ventilation, and electrical services, based in Ljungskile, Sweden. Through this acquisition, the Group strengthens its presence on the west coast and welcomes a young, engaged, and profitable company with strong relationships within the Group.

Eliko was founded in 2019 by Simon Hallman and Andreas Blad. Since its inception, the company has maintained a clear B2B focus, providing services in cooling, heating, ventilation, and electrical installations. With five employees and a turnover of SEK 20 million, Eliko has established itself as a stable and growing player in the market.

“Eliko combines strong financial stability with an engaged team that shares our vision of sustainable growth. We see great potential in further developing this collaboration, particularly in western Sweden,” says Max Nordman, Country Manager Sweden, Nordic Climate Group.

“Becoming part of Nordic Climate Group feels like a natural step for us. We already have established collaborations within the Group and look forward to continuing to grow with the right support and network,” says Simon Hallman, Co-founder of Eliko.

Eliko will continue its operations under its own name, with the current management and a local focus — in line with Nordic Climate Group’s model for growth through entrepreneur-led companies.
